University of Engineering and Technology Taxila (UETT) is a public sector university located in Taxila, Punjab, Pakistan. Established in 1975 as a campus of UET Lahore, UETT was chartered as an independent university in 1993. The university offers undergraduate, master’s and doctoral programs in several engineering, physical sciences and computer science domains. All the engineering programs at UETT are accredited by the Pakistan Engineering Council under the Washington Accord. As per 2024 Times Higher Education university rankings, UETT is ranked among 601-800 worldwide, 201-250 in the Young University Rankings and 401-500 by the QS University Rankings Asia.
